Yves Belanger
Yves is a Managing Director at West Monroe Partners, he is responsible for delivering solutions involving operations and supply chain measurement, process improvements, and logistics network design. He also provides leadership for the company’s practice in Canada. Described as a "pioneer in the industry" through his leadership in applying industrial engineering concepts to sectors beyond manufacturing, Yves has designed and implemented innovative processes at major North American distribution and retail store operations.
Peter is the Assistant Vice President at TJX Canada with responsibility for the safe and efficient operations of Apparel and Home processing centres, strategic engineering design and implementation of capital projects in the Greater Toronto Area. Prior to joining TJX Canada Peter worked in senior level positions in the supply chain industry throughout North America at companies including Canadian Tire, Hudson’s Bay Company and 3PL provider Tibbett & Britten Group North America.
